ジークンドーはブルース・リーが創始した武術です。一つ一つの技には力を正確に伝える構造があり、筋力をメインとしない（脱力）打撃を用いるため、年齢（子供、年配の方）、性別に関係なく習得出来ます。武道初心者・経験者・年齢・性別問わず、自分に合ったスタイル・ペースで出来ますのでクラスへの参加につきましては、お気軽にご連絡ください。
